Casement & Awning Windows

Casement and Awning windows are opened with a crank and can be opened outward as much as 90 degrees. Casement windows are hinged from either side, while awning windows are hinged from above to open upward. Both casement and awning windows allow for excellent additional ventilation, and awning windows can be kept open during a light rain.

Like picture windows, most casement and awning windows are usually free of obstructions. Their easy opening through a crank makes them ideal for placement over kitchen sinks or other harder to reach spots. Awning windows can be assembled as a part of a larger window.

Energy Windows, Doors & More offers casement and awning windows from top manufacturers. They allow for outward opening and maximum ventilation and smooth, easy cleaning. All of our windows are protected with our manufacturer’s warranty.
